In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
The evidence shows we inherit and transmit beliefs, behaviors and emotions, not through conscious choice, but through generations of cultural programming.
We repeat these patterns and call them FAITH.

Trauma stored in the body– When you get a cut, it leaves a scar on your skin. When you experience trauma, it gets imprinted within your body and energy field. It stays with you and continues to cause pain until it has healed. This is why inner child healing is so powerful because it brings up the repressed pain so you can release it.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch manual therapy that works with the body’s self-correcting mechanism to affect multiple structural and physiological systems in attaining greater health and well-being. As the name implies, it involves mobilizing restrictions within the cranium and the sacrum. However, because of the anatomical and physiological connections, it is really a whole body approach.
There is an innate ability of the human body to heal itself.
Some practitioners refer to this part as the Inner Physician (IP). When the skin is lacerated, this self-correcting mechanism responds with an elaborate process to close the skin. Immune responses and inflammatory responses are also indicative of the body’s self-healing abilities. CST involves facilitating or enhancing the body’s own natural capacity when traumatic or disease processes become overwhelming for the system.
